I’m Courtney, owner of Level Up Cleaning Co! I started Level Up Cleaning 2021, with just a mindset of wanting to get out of the house while the kiddos were in school after being a stay at home mom of two, for 5 years. I had prior professional experience and took that knowledge and built on it from there. Little did I know my business was going to grow pretty quickly. I really saw a need for a more modernized cleaning business approach and a huge need for detail work in every clean from beginning. I now have over 5 years or experience so I truly know what needs to be done and how to get the job done efficiently and correctly.

Hello I’m Sierra one of your Cleaning Specialists. I started working for Level Up Cleaning Co. back in April 2024, wanting a couple hours out and about from my four beautiful daughters, while still allowing me the flexibility to be a stay-at-home mom. I am so excited to provide my experience to help you all and be back cleaning your homes. I truly enjoy cleaning and helping others and am extremely grateful to be here.

Do I have to stay home during the cleaning?
We appreciate you making your home available for our cleaning technicians! We don’t require you to leave your home during cleanings, but most homeowners who work from home leave to run errands or simply walk in the park to avoid the vacuum noise or be out of the way to give the space to the Cleaner.

Will the same Cleaner come every time?
Yes. We find it is important for our Cleaning professionals to be trained in your home and create a working relationship with our clients. However sometimes life can get in the way. But, we will introduce you to another one of our fantastic Cleaning technicians!

Do you work weekends?
Some of our Cleaning technicians accept weekend projects scheduled in advance for an additional cost.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY CLEAN?
Preparing for your cleaning can make the process smoother and ensure you get the best results. Some steps to help you prepare are decluttering countertops, tables, clothing, ect. If you have pets make sure they are safely secured away from the cleaning area. If you have delicate items, artwork, or valuables, consider moving them to a safe place to avoid potential damage.

If you’re not happy with any areas we have cleaned, call the office within 24 hours, and we will help your cleaner arrange to come back and complete the work free of charge. The cleaning technicians must be allowed to come back into the home within one business day. We do not offer refunds or money off the Cleaning project.

Cancellation policy
Unexpected and short notice cancellations can be hard to manage and often result in unfilled appointment slots, leading to unplanned downtime for cleaners and negatively impacting their income. To promote fairness and ensure sustainable service, cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled booking will be charged a full service fee.
